The current seven-day Starter trial does not require a card and includes 5 daily Google keyword-device checks, Weekly AI enabled for 5 active prompts during the trial, and 50 shared check credits. At the end of the trial, automatic checks stop unless you actively purchase a paid Google plan and, if wanted, select the optional Weekly AI add-on.
Monthly subscriptions and add-ons
Google-only base plans and an enabled Weekly AI add-on renew monthly until the relevant renewal is cancelled. The add-on is optional and not preselected at initial checkout. You may manage the base subscription through the Stripe billing portal, enable or disable Weekly AI from your account where available, or contact kontakt@voxern.com. Stripe prorates the change: enabling creates a prorated charge adjustment, while disabling creates an unused-time credit adjustment normally applied on the next invoice. A credit adjustment is not an immediate cash refund.
Ordinary refunds
Subscription fees and shared credits already used for completed checks are not normally refunded merely because a user no longer needs the service or forgot to cancel. We review duplicate charges, technical billing errors, service not supplied as agreed, and other requests required by law.
Failed AI checks
If a manual AI Check now request fails without delivering a usable result, the reserved shared credit is returned automatically to the account balance. This is an in-app credit reversal, not a cash refund of an earlier credit top-up. Automatic checks under an enabled Weekly AI add-on do not consume credits. Manual AI remains 1 credit when the add-on is disabled.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumers generally have a separate 14-day statutory withdrawal right. When immediate performance was expressly requested, a proportionate charge may apply for the service already supplied. Review Consumer Rights and use the online withdrawal function.
How to request help
Email kontakt@voxern.com with the account email, charge date, amount and invoice or Stripe reference. Never send a password or complete card number. We confirm the outcome in writing.
Processing approved refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. Bank and card-network processing times are outside Voxern's control after the refund is issued.
