New accounts receive a 7-day Starter trial with 5 daily Google keyword-device checks, Weekly AI enabled for 5 active prompts during the trial, and 50 shared credits. No credit card or payment details are required.
Can I track desktop and mobile results?+
Yes. Desktop and mobile can be tracked separately. Each selected device counts as one keyword-device check toward the plan limit.
Can I share ranking reports with clients?+
Yes. Projects can generate shareable read-only reports, making it easy to show current positions and ranking history.
What does ChatGPT Visibility measure?+
It records whether your tracked brand or domain appears in sampled OpenAI model responses generated with web search, together with cited sources when they are available. Each result is tied to a specific recorded check.
Is Weekly AI included in paid plans?+
Paid base plans are Google-only. Weekly automatic AI Visibility is an optional monthly add-on. Its prompt capacity matches the plan keyword limit, and each eligible active prompt is sampled once every 7 days.
Can I run AI checks without the add-on?+
Yes. A manual AI Check now costs 1 shared credit whether or not Weekly AI is enabled. Failed manual AI checks return the reserved credit.
How do shared credits work?+
One shared credit funds either one manual Google keyword-device check or one manual AI prompt check. Automatic Google checks and automatic AI checks included with the optional add-on do not use credits.
Does Voxern assign a fixed ChatGPT rank?+
No. Model responses can vary between checks and may differ from answers shown in the consumer ChatGPT application. Voxern reports observed mentions, citations and trends for sampled checks—not a universal or guaranteed position.
